1. Our Guarantee & Perishable Goods Policy
At pompom, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality arrangements. Because flowers are a perishable, natural product, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be delighted with your order. 

2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or of poor quality, please contact us immediately—and no later than 24 hours after delivery—at [Phone Number] or [Email]. 

• Photo Required: Please send a photo of the arrangement to [Email] so we can review it with our design team.
• Resolution: If the issue is validated, we will happily provide a complimentary replacement, credit, or a partial/full refund depending on the circumstances. 

3. Substitution Policy
Seasonal availability and market conditions may affect the supply of specific flowers. Our designers may substitute components of your order with blooms of equal or greater value to maintain the overall style and colour scheme. 

4. Recipient Care & Responsibility
Once delivered, the care of the flowers becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Proper care includes trimming stems, adding water, and keeping the arrangement out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. No refunds will be issued for issues stemming from improper care or failure to follow care instructions. 

5. Delivery Issues
If the recipient is not home, we will leave the item in a safe place/contact the recipient/or bring it back to the shop. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot provide a refund or free redelivery. 

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Same-day orders cannot be canceled once the design or delivery process has begun.
